Weigh yourself.
Look at your self naked and pinch your fat.
Take a nice long walk, with or without your dog.
Try 0 calorie Mio water enhancers.
Look at thinspo if you feel hungry.
Go on Pro Ana blogs.
Make a Fasting Journal and write about how you feel during the fast, why you want to fast, and the benefits of fasting.
Make a list of “bad” foods. Periodically, cross one of the list and pledge to never, ever eat it again. Eventually there will be none left.
Munch on some ice, it will trick your brain.
Make your own list of tips you think will help you.
Always have a To-Do list so you are never bored.
Try to stick to plain, distilled water. Zero calorie soda can make you gain weight in the long run, but if you feel it is necessary, go ahead and drink DIET drinks only.
Watch people eat and notice how disgusting it looks.
Dance like crazy to an upbeat song.
Make an After-Fast food plan to slowly introduce different foods back into your diet so you don’t gain all the weight back.
Make a weight loss blog, you wouldn’t want to disappoint your followers by failing your fast, right?
If you’re new to fasting, try a juice fast first.

• shop in store at VS (only online).
• look good in a one-piece swimsuit.
• look good in a small bikini.
• eat a burger and still look cute.
• wear a choker high on your neck.
• wear leggings/jeggings/skinny jeans without your muffin top hanging out.
• be told how skinny you look.
• see your collar bones.
• be prom queen.

When I am Thin
Hello lovelies, I decided to make a list of my motivations to be thin. I hope that this motivates you as well. All the love!
- I will be able to shop in VS without having to ask for bigger sizes or go to the XL section.
- I can wear bralettes (idk something about them excites me)
- Getting envy looks from other girls
- GOING SWIMMING IN A BIKINI
- Buying food at the grocery store and not getting dirty looks.
- Having my s/o lift me up.
- Holding hands with someone and them pointing out how cold my hands are
- I will be able to look in the mirror and smile knowing that that is my body.
- I’ll be able to wear shorts without my thighs bulging out the bottoms
- I can wear skinny jeans and look good!
